Question: My payment is declined what should I do?

If your payment does not go trough, you must ensure that you have filled in the fields with the correct numbers. If you have already done this, contact your bank. Sometimes you book the plane, car, and hotel in the same week or month, therefore, your ceilings are reached and you can not make the payment.
