2eme fois que je loue ici et toujours très bonne acceuil, voiture excellente. La navette depuis l'aéroport est très pratique. Big up au chauffeur qui reste très patient avec les clients les plus "exigeants".

Tout c’est très bien passé aussi à la réception qu’à la restitution du véhicule. Bien penser en arrivant à FDF à scanner le QR code dans l’espace Europecar de l’aéroport pour que la navette vienne vous récupérer sinon vous risquez d’attendre.

Location sans aucun problème ! Voiture quasi neuve. Nous n’avons pas souscris à l’assurance. Lors de la récupération il n’y a pas eu de discours menaçant forçant à prendre l’assurance comme c’est souvent le cas. Une empreinte de 800€ est prise sur une carte de crédit. Retour rapide, sans prise de tête et dans la bonne humeur, en 2min la voiture était déposée et la navette climatisée nous dépose à l’aéroport situé à 5min.

Einfacher und schneller Check-In und Check-Out, sehr freundliches Personal, es wird auch englisch gesprochen - sehr hilfreich für uns französisch-Anfänger - und ea gibt einen Shuttle vom Flughafen zum Office. Die Tankstelle liegt unmittelbar vor der Vermietung, das macht ws einfacher bei der Rückgabe.
