Our bookings can be modified free of charge. Send your request to europcar.mq@gbh.fr or use the contact form, making sure to include your booking reference and the changes you would like to make.

Your rental price will be recalculated based on the rates and vehicle availability at the time of the modification. If the new rate is higher, you will be responsible for paying the difference. If the new rate is lower, the difference will not be refunded.

To extend your rental, please make a new booking on our website, starting from the scheduled date and time of your current vehicle return, using the same details as your existing rental agreement. Then contact europcar.mq@gbh.fr on weekdays, or call our agency, so that we can link the two bookings. Rental extensions are subject to vehicle availability.
