Special conditions Europcar rental refrigerated truck 

Europcar rents out to its customers a Refrigerated vehicle with approved technical control and operation of Refrigeration Group.

Europcar can not be held responsible for the goods carried in that vehicle, whatsoever, for any reason whatsoever.

The rented vehicle is a specific vehicle, the Europcar Company is not able to provide, in case of failure of the latter, an equivalent replacement vehicle.

Europcar can however offer a replacement vehicle for lower class (no fridge), provided that the volume of vehicle available to him allows.

AUC (Payload Permitted) of refrigerated vehicle is officially limited to 100kg. In case of breakdown, accident, overloading, damage on the resulting or to prove exceeding AUC vehicle Europcar can not be held responsible.

All costs resulting from improper use of Refrigerated vehicle will be the responsibility of the tenant
