1. Book your car and prepare for your arrival

2. When you arrive in Martinique, make your way to Europcar
Collect your luggage when you arrive at Martinique Aimé Césaire Airport.
Make your way to the Europcar shuttle pick-up point by following the instructions provided for your arrival.
Board our shuttle, which will take you to the Europcar branch located approximately 5 minutes from the airport.
3. Pick up your vehicle and hit the road
Go to the counter with the documents required for your rental: driving licence, ID, bank card and booking number.
Complete the final formalities with our team and collect your vehicle keys.
Complete your digital vehicle inspection independently using your smartphone and report any issues before setting off.

Speed up your vehicle pick-up with the Fast Track option
The Fast Track option allows you to reduce formalities at the counter and speed up the vehicle pick-up process.
To use this service, select the option when booking online, complete your details in advance and make sure that all required documents are valid and available on the day of your arrival.
Three days before your departure, we will invite you to complete your rental agreement online.
Good to know: the security deposit amount is not debited and does not affect your spending limit, subject to the terms and conditions applied by your bank.
Pick up your car directly at the airport with the READY by Europcar app
With READY by Europcar, you can book and access selected self-service vehicles without going through the standard counter process.
Use the app to manage the main stages of your rental independently. When you arrive, your vehicle will be waiting for you in the airport car park: complete the vehicle inspection using your smartphone, then unlock the vehicle directly through the app.
Service availability depends on the branch, dates and vehicles available.
Return your vehicle with ease
1. Prepare your vehicle for return
Before returning your rental car:
Refill the fuel to the level specified in your rental agreement.
Remove your personal belongings.
Check and clean the exterior of the vehicle, the interior and the boot.
Return the vehicle in a normal state of cleanliness.
ThE conditions relating to cleaning, fuel and any potential damage are specified in your rental agreement.
2. Complete the vehicle inspection with our team
When you arrive at the branch, a member of our team will inspect the vehicle based on the digital vehicle inspection completed and signed at the start of your rental.
This inspection allows the condition of the vehicle at the beginning and end of the rental to be clearly compared.
Report any incident or damage that occurred during your rental, then return the keys.
3. Flying home?
After returning your vehicle, our shuttle will take you to Martinique Aimé Césaire Airport.
Allow sufficient time before your flight to return your vehicle and reach the airport with our shuttle.
The bank card pre-authorisation is then released, provided there are no outstanding amounts. The time it takes for the funds to become available again depends on your bank.
