They are used both to pay for the rental and to manage the security deposit, which is usually taken in the form of a credit card imprint when the vehicle is picked up. The amount of this deposit depends on several criteria, including the vehicle category, the rental period, and the options chosen. Depending on the offers and periods, it is possible to pay online when booking, particularly to benefit from promotional rates, or to pay directly at the agency when picking up the vehicle.

Europcar Martinique accepts most major credit cards, such as: American Express, Diners Club, Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa.
For other cards, please check their acceptance with our staff when booking and/or picking up the vehicle. The use of a credit card with Europcar is subject to acceptance by the issuing bank.
The name of the main driver must match the cardholder.
Chèques-Vacances ANCV
Would you like to pay for your car rental with ANCV vacation vouchers? You can, thanks to the e-Chèque-Vacances solution, which can be used directly online. Payment is made securely on the ANCV website using the balance available in your account. Please note, however, that when booking on the Europcar website, it is not possible to combine payment by credit card and e-Chèque-Vacances. If you wish to split your payment (for example, part in Chèques-Vacances and the rest by other means), the split must be made directly on the ANCV platform, according to the options it offers.

Please note that certain payment methods are not accepted for car rentals.
Cash payments are not permitted, even directly at the agency.
Bank checks are also not accepted.
Bank transfers cannot be used to pay for a standard reservation.
