Changes cannot be made directly online. Simply contact Europcar Martinique, providing your booking number and the changes you would like to make. No amendment fee is charged. However, the rental price will be recalculated based on the rates and availability applicable at the time of your request. If the new amount is higher, you will need to pay the difference. If it is lower, the difference will not be refunded. All changes remain subject to confirmation by Europcar Martinique.

What if you need to cancel?

Even without an additional option, your booking already includes a degree of flexibility. If you cancel 30 days or more before the scheduled pick-up date, you will receive a full refund of your booking amount.

Cancellations cannot be made directly online. Your request must be submitted in writing and include your booking number. The date on which your cancellation request is received determines the applicable cancellation terms.

If you would like the freedom to change your mind up until the day before your rental, you can add the H-24 Cancellation option. It allows you to receive a full refund of the prepaid amount, excluding the cost of the option itself, provided you cancel no later than 24 hours before the scheduled vehicle pick-up time.

Without this option, you already benefit from free cancellation up to 30 days before your rental starts. The H-24 Cancellation option simply extends this flexibility until the day before your rental.

If you have an early flight the following morning or simply want to avoid rushing on departure day, you can easily carry out these checks and prepare the vehicle the evening before. Then, all you need to do is drive to the rental location at the scheduled time.

When you return the vehicle, it will be inspected so that its condition can be compared with the condition recorded and signed for at the start of your rental. In the vast majority of cases, this is a quick process when the vehicle is returned in accordance with the rental conditions.

If no damage or outstanding amount is identified, your security deposit will be released promptly by Europcar Martinique. The time it takes for the amount to become visible or available again in your account then depends on your bank’s own processing times.
