Protection for People Travelling in the Vehicle (PAI)

PAI (Personal Accident Insurance) provides :

• protection in the event of bodily injury following an accident;

• coverage for people travelling in the vehicle, subject to the guarantees and conditions set out in the rental agreement.

This means that we do not only protect the vehicle, as coverage is also provided for its occupants.

Protection in the Event of Vehicle Theft (THW)

THW (Theft Waiver), or theft protection, is automatically included in your Europcar Martinique car rental. If the rental vehicle is stolen, you are not automatically liable for its full value.

Your financial liability is limited to the applicable excess, subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

This means that theft protection is included from the moment you book, helping you enjoy greater peace of mind on the road in Martinique.

Protection Against Collision Damage (CDW)

An accident or damage to your rental vehicle can result in significant costs. With Europcar Martinique, CDW (Collision Damage Waiver), referred to as “Protection Against Collision Damage” in our booking process, is included in your rental.

It helps limit your financial liability in the event of:

• bodywork damage

• an at-fault accident

• damage where no third party is identified

To give you greater peace of mind when renting, we limit the costs that may remain payable by you in the event of damage to the vehicle, subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
