 The water base is open every day of the week and offers to enjoy many water activities: Kite Surfing, Wake Board, Windsurf, Catamaran, Paddle.Side by side, both organizations offer these activities: UCPA center and the local sailing club. Note that the UCPA activities are accessible to all, without being residents of the center.

Around, you will find shops with souvenirs and beach gear to do some shopping (including buying a proper sunscreen if you forgot yours) and refreshment bars for your cool, terrace in the shade of palm trees. What better to get over your emotions after a day of activity. 

In addition, you can easily park your rental car in the parking lot located near the base. 

Navigation area on the spot

Very specific areas, depending on the sport you practice, are defined by buoys and flags. (windsurfing, catamaran, kite, kayak ......) This spot where found among other things, all beginners, has a highly regulated with an input and output channel (about 100 M/200M) area, a buffer zone on the left of departure in case , ... and on the right rocks.

The water is flat protected by a coral reef which makes it an ideal area for activity. Beginners will enjoy the exposure and calm near the coast when the more experienced will enjoy a larger swell off. Brief there is something for everyone ; the trade winds blow in the morning until well 13/14h then weaken in the afternoon. 

The lagoon that stretches for several kilometers along the coves and Massy Macabou so starts at the Pointe Faula where you will find the kite for example, a large landing surface, composed of grass, even on the beach towards the bottom, it must, like all other activities, follow the channel into the lagoon, bordered by buoys to go in the navigation area (and avoid areas of swimming and other water activities).

We walk very far, in the lagoon, then tip / provide slippers (beware of sea urchins!). Also Beware of coconut and mangrove because you can not land anywhere without having some difficulty extricate with your wing.

 To engage in other sports like wakeboarding, ride area is accessible zodiac Bay Massy, located south just after Faula. It is an enclave surrounded by mangroves where you can enjoy wildlife and vegetation of beauty while indulging in your favorite sport.
