How do I cancel my car rental with Europcar?
Flight canceled or delayed, change of plans, personal circumstances... At Europcar Martinique, we have everything in place to ensure that canceling your car rental is simple and stress-free.
You must inform Europcar Martinique of your cancellation in writing by email.
The prepaid amount will be refunded in full, except for the $35 cancellation fee.

Cancellation possible up to 24 hours before the start of the rental period.
Cancellation conditions for car rental without insurance
Without the cancellation insurance option, the following conditions apply:
