All you need to kown about our cancellation insurance

The customer can cancel his reservation under the following conditions: For a cancellation made at least 30 days before the scheduled start date of the rental, the tenant is fully refunded. Beyond this period, the amount of the reservation paid in advance will be reimbursed with the deduction of cancellation fees calculated according to the following scale:

• For cancellations made between 20 and 29 days prior to the scheduled rental start date, a 10% cancellation fee calculated on the amount of the reservation paid in advance.

• For cancellations made between 7 and 19 days prior to the scheduled rental start date, a 20% cancellation fee based on the amount of the prepaid reservation.

• No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the rental start date or if the client does not rent the vehicle on the reserved date and has failed to inform the Renter in writing in advance. We offer you the option "Cancellation Guarantee" of 35 € per reservation which guarantees the refund of the total amount prepaid in case of cancellation until D-24H.
