• If you made your reservation through an intermediary and not directly on our website, please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your booking to be processed by our services.

• We recommend that you contact the agency the following day to confirm that your extension has been successfully registered.

Vehicle availability

• The extension depends on the availability of the reserved vehicle. The earlier you make your request, the higher your chances of keeping the same car.

• If your vehicle no longer appears online, it may mean it’s not available in the same category. In this case, please contact our agents to find an alternative solution.

Deposit information

• Maximum duration without a new deposit: if the total length of your initial contract + the new booking does not exceed 29 days, no additional deposit will be required.

• Beyond 29 days: if the combined duration exceeds 29 days, we will contact you to arrange a new deposit.
