Terms & Conditions 

On our website, you can select your different return agency. To change it during your rental, please contcat the chosen return agency to confirm your return.

Please note that if the information is not given and registered by Europcar Martinique before your effective return in a different agency, you will be liable to vehicle abandon fees.The return in a different agency is allowed only after approval of Europcar Martinique and during the oppening hours of the return agency, by paying 25€ per rental.

• In case of late return in a different agency, the driver remains responsible for the vehicle until the oppening of the agency and the vehicle inspection made by Europcar Staff.

• In case of vehicle abandon out of a Europcar agency, the driver remains responsible for all fees due to bringing the car back and eventual damages (no insurance covering).
